Server for Predicting Inhibitors against Bacteria
) developed by our group for predicting inhibitors against
Dihydrodipicolinate synthase (DHDPS). Enzyme DHDPS is a potential
drug target found in a unique DAP/Lysine pathway of bacteria. This
server allows users to design and predict inhibitors against bacteria

Note this is different from the french [link]
which is not so up-to-date.
However, both genomes are much better than the one in UniProt, which
is also
mixed with CD1551, according to their help desk.
Re: Open Call to Join Interactome/Pathway Annotation Theme
Thanks a lot for the tremendous response against the Open Call to Join
IPW Theme of C2D.
I am happy to share with you that we have more than 70 volunteers who
communicated with the IPW Team.
Keeping in view the time involved in training new members, the IPW
Team has decided not to accept any more volunteers.
Request regarding M.tuberculosis whole genome
This is L.Arunasree, working as JRF in Tamilnadu. I had a request
regarding the complete details of *M.Tuberculosis* genome, its length, and
also very much interested to know about the total number of genes involved
in coding proteins which arecausitive for virulence in host and their
software for pairwise distance calculation
I tried using ALREQUIN but i am not sure if it is going to work because my data is not population specific
Open Call to Join Interactome/Pathway Annotation Theme
Interactome/Pathway Annotation (IPW) project is looking for Volunteers
who may help us to annotate Mtb genome.
If you would like to participate and work with active group of
students please send an email to an...@osdd.net before 26th Feb 2010.
