The Economic Justice programme is guided by a 5 years country strategy covering all the 10 provinces of Zimbabwe, targeting specific district areas. The key focus areas are; adaptation to climate change, economic empowerment of poor people especially women, support to food production initiatives by small holder farmers and increasing household income through access to viable/sustainable markets. Advocacy, HIV/AIDS and Gender are cross-cutting themes in implementing all the above. This position will lead on the development, implementation and monitoring of an Economic Justice programme, which has a strong focus on policy/advocacy; transferring technical, operational and organisational expertise from Oxfam to partner organisations; working with other Aims leads, especially Rights In Crisis, to ensure that an integrated approach of meeting needs, capacity building and campaigning is developed for a sustainable livelihood
