It is indeed impressive to hear at the 3rd Afghanistan Partners Forum 2008 (held at the 39th World Conference on Lung Health in Paris, France), that after the 2002 unilateral military attack by USA in Afghanistan, the Directly Observed Treatment Short-course (DOTS) coverage has expanded from 38% (2002) to 97% (2007).
